I have previously used both Adobe Photoshop elements 9 and Adobe Premiere elements 9 on my old computer with Windows XP operating system without problems.

Now I have a new computer with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit operating system. The server might be offline temporarily or the internet or firewall setting may be incorrect. Please try again later. I have tried uninstalling both programs and re-installing but still get the same message. What do I have to do to be able to update these programs so I can get on http://replace.me/14921.txt use them?
